Elizabeth turned 2 1/2 on September 26! She is maturing so fast these days, and I think a lot of it is due to Mother's Day Out! She loves it and is always talking about going to "church." There is no way I could describe everything she's doing, but I'm going to try...
- She talks... ALL THE TIME! She wakes up talking, goes to bed talking, and talks all throughout the day. She is starting to use some pretty big sentences and I love seeing how she is developing!
- She is potty trained (for the most part). Every once in a while we still have accidents, but not very often. We're still wearing a pull-up for nap and night. Once we run out of the day time pull-ups, I'll probably try to do naps without them (she very rarely wakes up wet...), but I have a feeling we'll be wearing night time ones for a while.
- She's about 34 1/2 inches tall and 26 pounds. I think David is going to out-weigh her before too long! :)
- She is finally starting to sing some instead of just requesting us to sing. And she's memorizing books that we read pretty often.
- She loves her brother... Most of the time... She is pretty affectionate with him, but take away one of her toys, and that's another story. We're still working on sharing.
- Elizabeth still loves shoes- she'll wear multiple pairs in one day if we let her- and she is pretty good about getting them on the correct feet! She is also starting to enjoy dressing up!
