Visiting Great Granny!

We headed to San Marcos January 17 so we could go visit my Granny. We had a ton of fun there, between shopping, eating, playing, and visiting! We sure do enjoy visiting Granny! She has an awesome backyard with tons of things to do, especially since she gardens and likes birds! Here are some pictures of our weekend in San Marcos.

I knew I'd finally get the rest of our Christmas pictures. I guess we didn't get any as an entire family this year... Hopefully that'll change next year! ;)

Headed to Texarkana

We headed up to Texarkana February 7 to see my parents and grandparents. My Granddaddy's birthday is February 12, so we went to dinner Saturday evening and then came back to my parent's house for cake, ice cream, and presents. We had tons of fun the entire weekend, yet, once again we didn't take too many pictures...

Luckily we did get some of the entire family and the grandparents and great-grandkids! I sure do love visiting Texarkana!

A New Year

I hope everyone has had a wonderful beginning of 2014! We have been having a blast playing outside (when it's not freezing like today), getting into our new Christmas toys, and watching movies snuggled up on the couch! Alan went back to work last Monday and I don't go back until Friday, so I'm trying to enjoy the rest of my time off by catching up on sleeping, reading, and housework.

One of my goals for 2014 is to take more pictures. I feel like I didn't take very many in 2013 and I don't ever want to regret not taking very many pictures. Elizabeth and David change soo often, and I want to be able to remember all of their fun stages! So without further ado, here is a picture overload from the past 6 days!
