Where has this month gone!? It seems like I just blink and you are another month older. You have become so much more independent this month, and while you love this newfound independence that comes with crawling, you are still a Momma's girl. That makes my heart so happy that you still want to be snuggled and close to me. You are full of energy and are such a happy and content baby and I can't imagine life without you. Happy 8 months baby girl! Your daddy and I love you to the moon and back!

Length: 27.5 inches
Diaper size: Size 2
Teeth: Still just your bottom two teeth!
Clothes size: 6-9 months, 9 months, and even some 6-12. Time slow down!!
Sleep: You have kept up with your trend of sleeping through the night! You have one happy Mommy!! You go to bed anytime between 7-7:45 and wake up around 6:30-7:30. Most of the mornings you are happy waking up, so I let you talk and play in your crib until at least 7 (if you've woken up early). You take two good naps a day, with the morning nap being between 1-1 1/2 hours and the afternoon nap being 1 1/2- 2 1/2 hours.
Favorite activities/things: Sleeping, wiggling, smiling, talking, and eating. :)
Eating: You are pretty much on all table food now! You started refusing to let me spoon feed you, so we just did away with baby food (aside from the pouches). Breakfast is still typically a yogurt pouch and fruit pouch, but aside from that, the only time you get a pouch is if we're out and about and you are desperate. ;) And so far we haven't found a food you don't like. Your current favorites are peanut butter and jelly, cheese, and any soft veggie/fruit.
You are nursing anywhere from every 3-4 hours during the day for a total of 5 times. If we are out and about, you refuse to nurse, but are generally happy as long as we're on the go!
Nicknames: Punkin' bear, Little Bit, RJ, Wiggles
Talking: You are quite the talker! You do ba-ba-ba, da-da-da, and ma-ma-ma. I'm not quite convinced that you associate them with anything yet, though.
New adventures: Nothing new this month, but we've had a great one regardless!
New Skills: You are crawling ALL over the place and you started to pull up! You even let go every now and then. You're not quite ready to stand unassisted, but I know it'll come quick... You'll be walking before we know it.
