It was a lot of fun celebrating sweet Elizabeth's fifth birthday in Florida! I'll do an actual birthday post later, but for now, enjoy the pictures from her birthday!

Our trip to Florida!

We had the privilege of going to Florida to celebrate my brother getting married! He and Cailey got married in February, but had a reception March 26 for friends and family to attend. Alan and I lucked out in the fact that it was cheaper to fly out of Dallas (as opposed to Houston, which was a lot closer) - which meant that we were able to fly with my parents, which greatly helped with the kiddos! Everyone did great on the flight, despite the delays that we encountered (both on the runway in Dallas and then again in Florida). Rebekah slept pretty much the entire way, aside from nursing right before we left and then again once we arrived in Florida.

After we arrived in Orlando, we drove to Melbourne, got settled into the hotel, and then quickly got ready to go to dinner with Dustin, his wife, and her family. We had a blast, the kids were EXCELLENT, and the food was delicious!

Saturday was Elizabeth's fifth birthday (that deserves a post in itself...), plus we actually had the reception to go to. We all had a great time dancing the night away. Again, the kids were extremely well behaved and everyone loved ohh'ing and ahh'ing over them dancing.

Sunday, we celebrated the resurrection of our Savior and later hit up the beach. It was Rebekah's first time to see the sand and ocean, and it had been almost 2 years since the bigger two had seen it. The water was cold, but we had a blast!

Monday was our last day in Florida (our plane didn't leave Orlando until 7pm). We drove to Orlando that morning and spent a couple hours at Disney Springs. It made me so excited to take the kiddos back when we have more time! We went to T-Rex Cafe, the Lego store, a huge Disney store, and, of course, got ice cream from Ghirardelli.

All in all, we had a blast and I can't wait to go back!!!
