Elizabeth's 4th Birthday Party

We had Elizabeth's birthday party on Saturday. I thought we were picking a good weekend (the weekend before was the end of spring break, and next weekend is Easter weekend, so it was kind of limited...), but apparently not. My parents and MeMaw were the only ones that could come, so since Elizabeth LOVES going to the movies, we took everyone to see Home. Now, the kids shared a room since we needed two beds for company, so they stayed up super late talking and goofing off Friday evening - like they didn't go to bed until close to 10-10:30. And because they knew Gammie was going to be there when the woke up, they were up before the rooster crowed... Five o'clock sure came early, and boy am I glad Gammie had the monitor!!!

We went to the matinee showing of Home and were finished just in time for lunch. The birthday girl chose Johnny Carino's. It was yummy! We came back stuffed full of popcorn and Italian food, so instead of eating cake right away, we decided to open presents first. After presents, we took a walk to the park to let the kids burn some energy off. Once we got home, we headed to DoubleDave's for dinner then back home for her Frozen cake and ice cream.

We had such a fun time celebrating sweet Elizabeth's 4th Birthday!
